For all returns and exchanges, please provide an explanation with your shipment, so we know how to process your request properly.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date. After the 10 days, returns will not be accepted. If a return is mailed past this time frame, we will not except it. It will be up to the customer to pay for the merchandise to be mailed back to them.
Merchandise MUST be returned unworn and with the tags still attached. If the merchandise appears to have been worn or the tags are not attached, a refund will not be issued. If this situation occurs, Diamond S will not pay for the merchandise to be mailed back to the customer. It will be up to the customer to pay for the merchandise to be mailed back to them.
If the merchandise has been sent back within the specified time frame, has not been worn and has the tags are still attached, then a refund or exchange will be issued.
Once your return has been processed and approved, a refund will be issued, the original method of payment will be credited and you will receive an email. If your refund has not been approved, you will receive an email with an explanation of reason(s) for this decision.
Due to our stock quantity constantly changing, we highly recommend you send your return merchandise to us ASAP. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your exchange due to fluctuating stock, however, we will do our best. We recommend calling or emailing us with any questions that you may have prior to making a purchase. We promise we do not mind! We want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase the first time!
All sales on items on clearance are FINAL. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges.
